Grab a journal or preferred Notes program on your phone and start a list. Every time you achieve something, no matter how small it seems, jot it down. Then comes the really important part… review it. Every day, read through your list and reflect on where you came from and where you are now. The more you write and review, the more motivated you’ll be to add to your list.
