What else it takes to be a business rockstar --- Your fans don't like you----they love you!! Fans- Who are your fans? How do you reach them? How do you make them love you??

Who are your fans?- your associates, clients, employees and target audience or maybe even your family and friends. How do you reach them? -focus on what they want and put "it" out there for them to see and hear.

How do you make them love you? -it’s simple, listen to them so you can connect with them Most bands will admit that they are nothing without their fans. How else would U2 still be selling out shows and hitting the tops of the charts?? Gaining fans (or getting them to love you) and keeping them is all about developing relationships.

Listening to your fans and giving them what they want and need so they know you are listening. Social media has become so helpful in reaching fans, it is an open forum to post ideas and get suggestions. It helps us develop a connection with our fanbase and allows them to feel like an active part of what we are trying to achieve. Whether it be making your company available for questions on your website or starting a message board for opinions on your latest project, these are all avenues that connect you with who you are trying to reach.

The more your fans love you and connect with you (and you with them) the more successful you are. Use the tools you have to build and keep your fanbase and you will remain on the top of the charts for a long long time!

You don't have to be a marketing genius, it’s not rocket science--it’s all about connecting, communicating and cooperating with your fans to give them what they want and need!!!
